Edmond Mack Named 2023 Ohio Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters®
For the second year in a row, Canton business Attorney Edmond J. Mack has been named to the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers list, by Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters® company. The Super Lawyer® distinction is awarded to no more than five percent (5%) of Ohio attorneys each year.
Edmond Mack Adds Massillon Assistant Law Director to Resume
As of April 25, 2022, Canton Attorney Edmond Mack has added another title to his résumé: Assistant Law Director for the City of Massillon. Edmond eagerly joins the City of Massillon’s Law Department to lend his legal expertise to a City he has represented as lead counsel in disputes and matters over recent years.
Edmond’s public service with the City will be part-time, as his full-time focus is aggressively advocating for the clients of Mack Law Co., LPA.

Local Business’s Loudoun County, VA Court Case Dismissed
A dispute arose between a Virginia-based architectural firm and an Ohio property owner (Tuscarawas County business owner) in Virginia state court. Attorney Mack, appearing pro hac vice, argued that due to a lack of personal jurisdiction, the case should be dismissed in Loudoun County Circuit Court. The Court agreed, dismissing the case.
Attorney Mack’s Oral Argument in 6th Cir. Court of Appeals
Attorney Mack appeared in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for an oral argument on behalf of his clients as appellate counsel in NPF Franchising LLC v Sy Dawgs LLC. Attorney Mack is proud to fiercely advocate for his clients.
